Investment Profile

Rosewood backs companies that are driven by exceptional management teams and proven business models in the Consumer sector of the economy. We look for companies whose business models have been able to demonstrate both strong customer traction and market leadership, but are at a stage of development where an infusion of capital is desired to address an inflection point in the company's expansion plans.

Rosewood invests in profitable growth companies with trailing revenues typically between $25-200 million. We will consider a variety of transaction types including growth equity, acquisition financings and recapitalizations, and are comfortable taking either a minority or majority position in our investments. Our average investment size ranges from $10-40 million, and with our close co-investor relationships we can provide over $100 million of equity to an opportunity.
