Rosewood has successfully invested in many different types of growth transactions, including minority investments, recapitalizations and acquisition financings. We are particularly comfortable working with closely held, family or founder-controlled businesses.
We provide capital both to finance growth, and in some cases to provide liquidity to passive shareholders. Our team consists of eight investment professionals, including six managing directors with an average tenure with the firm of more than 10 years.
